Arlene
Chair and Founder
Is the Chair and Founder of Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with the EvergreenHealth NICU Parent Advisory Board. Her boy/girl twins were born prematurely at 30 weeks gestation. Arlene is passionate about advocacy for preemie parents and families. Her interests are focused on raising awareness of perinatal mental health disorders common in preemie/NICU parents and supporting parents as they navigate life after NICU hospital discharge.
Su-Ann Tan
Team Lead
Is a Team Lead of Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with the EvergreenHealth NICU Parent Advisory Board. Her daughter was born prematurely at 26 weeks gestation and spent a total of 10.5 months split between two different NICUs. Su is deeply committed to supporting parents and intimately understands the trauma of the NICU; her desire is to empower parents as they navigate the NICU and beyond.
Cevan
Facilitator
Is a Facilitator with Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with EvergreenHealth NICU. Her son was born at 30 weeks gestation. Cevan understands the ups and downs of the NICU roller coaster and lends her compassionate support to other parents that are living the same experience.
Julianna
Facilitator
Is a Facilitator with Seattle Parents of Preemies. Her daughter was born at 32 weeks gestation at Valley Medical Center. Julianna draws from her experience of the emotional aspects of the preemie journey in order to offer heartfelt and supportive care for other parents.
Daniela
Facilitator
Is a Facilitator with Seattle Parents of Preemies. Her sons were born at Evergreen Hospital, with her oldest born at 35 weeks gestation and her twins born at 32 weeks gestation. Daniela encourages parents to confidently act as their child’s advocate, to access appropriate and timely interventions for each deserving preemie and NICU baby.

Moderator
Is a Moderator with Seattle Parents of Preemies. His daughter was born at 32 weeks gestation at Valley Medical Center NICU. Adam moderates our private Facebook group and works to keep our group a safe space for all parents desiring support.
Yuna
Moderator & Memberships
Is a Moderator with Seattle Parents of Preemies, a volunteer at Swedish Medical Center NICU and the March of Dimes. Her boy/girl twins were born early at 26 weeks gestation. Yuna handles our membership administration activities and makes sure that only NICU & preemie parents are admitted to our private Facebook group.
