Welcome to Seattle Parents of Preemies!

Seattle Parents of Preemies is a peer-led support group for parents of preemies and infants that experienced a prolonged NICU stay. Through in-person and online meetings, our group offers members community, support and education on topics relating to prematurely born and medically fragile children. Our members come from all Seattle regional area NICUs and we welcome families desiring support, even those living outside of Puget Sound/Washington state.

We’ve built a strong community where families can openly discuss their NICU experience and share together in the challenges of raising prematurely born children. Our goal is to ease the trauma, stigma and feelings of isolation that often accompany the birth of a preemie.
